Don’t Ever Stop! is an educational consulting firm focusing on transforming our current agrarian-calendared, factory-based educational system into one in which the learner is at the center and the system is created to meet the needs of the learner. Don’t Ever Stop! offers four distinct services to help your system in these efforts:

Creating a 21st century Personalized Mastery Educational Environment

Our current educational system has run its course and will not help our students be successful in their future. Don’t Ever Stop! is committed to helping to develop a new way of educating our youth to be proficient in the 21st century that ensures the learners partner with their teachers to acquire the needed competencies to make certain ALL students reach proficiency.

Students will also need flexibility, creativity, and persistence to own their learning to seek solutions for their uncertain future. With jobs being outsourced and new technologies being created daily, students will have to adapt and be continuous learners. Don’t Ever Stop! will help your system renew itself to prepare learners for their future, not our past.

We will help your school/district define your essential standards, create an instructional toolkit, and work collaboratively to monitor students’ progress through formative assessments to achieve proficiency for all students. We will empower you to create classrooms that give students responsibility and control over their learning. Students will learn to set goals and monitor their progress to learn at their own pace.

Don’t Ever Stop! can support your effective assessing, evaluating, planning and learning. Students should have conferences with their teachers to show they are proficient on one or more of the Common Core Learning Standards. Together they will evaluate and the results of this formative or summative assessment. They will record their evidence of learning and set a SMARTER goal with a plan for further learning and accomplishment of that goal. Students will have choice regarding how they will learn the information or skill. Skills must be professionally developed in the adult staff to motivate, build relationships with, and actively engage our learners.
